YWDEP Announces New Second Saturday Safe Space Program!
Do you know any young women who love to dance, write poetry, sing, step, rap, act, or play music?
Do you know any creative young women who lack opportunities to express themselves?
Do you know any young women who have so much to offer the world, and need a SAFE SPACE to build on their skills and talents?
YWDEP is beginning a new program called Second Saturday Safe Space, or “s4,” designed to gather young women once a month to drum, dance, journal, create art, go on groups outings, participate in round table discussions, receive homework tutoring, job/school application assistance and 1-on-1 mentoring.
